Bergamot (lat. Monarda fistulosa)
Bergamot comes from subtropical countries and is a rare citrus fruit. It is not suitable for consumption because it tastes very sour and bitter. Instead, it captivates with its pleasantly refreshing fragrance. Therefore, bergamot is often used in aroma therapy or used as a perfume additive.
Healing effects are attributed to the fruit obtained from the fruit. It should be antiseptic and relaxing.
